Building a State-of-the-Art Green Screen Studio for (ISC)², Inc.

Project Overview
The company had a studio in place, but it was very limited, chaotic, and not up to date. We were asked to design and build a new, state-of-the-art green screen video studio for the company (ISC)². This included the construction of a green screen cyclorama, lighting grid, curtain system, and control room with all new equipment.
Initial Consultation & Planning
Our team traveled to their headquarters in Clearwater, Florida, to review the space allotted for the studio, as well as to learn more about video needs. This allowed us to gain insights into their production workflow and identify their needs for their new studio.
We met with both their production team and their corporate planning and purchasing team. We also met with their IT and maintenance departments to come up with a facility that would utilize the space effectively and meet everyone's needs. This included assessing the necessary equipment and infrastructure for the studio. After careful evaluation, we presented a comprehensive package with a detailed budget, which was subsequently approved by the team.
Design & Construction Coordination
Studio Installation & Setup
Our team assembled, installed, and integrated the studio’s components:
- Designing and building custom consoles and racks
- Purchasing all of the equipment
- Installing a professional lighting grid, cameras, and sound equipment
- Engineering a control room to comfortably accommodate the staff
- Implementing a multi-camera switcher to seamlessly switch between camera angles
- Build a green screen cylorama
Since the company is involved with cyber security, we needed to design their internet platform to be separate from the rest of the company.
Training & Launch
Once installation was complete, we trained video team on how to operate the new equipment and optimize their workflow. This ensured they were fully prepared to produce high-quality content from day one.
