GREEN SCREEN VIDEO PRODUCTION STUDIO

1. THE
CHALLENGE
The company already had a studio, but it was limited, chaotic, and out of date. We were asked to design and build a new, state-of-the-art green-screen video production studio for ISC².
The project included a new green-screen cyclorama, lighting grid, curtain system, and control room with all-new production equipment.
3. DESIGN &
CONSTRUCTION COORDINATION
Once the project was greenlit, we coordinated with ISC²’s building services department, IT, and production team.
2. INITIAL
CONSULTATION & PLANNING
Our team traveled to ISC²’s headquarters in Clearwater, Florida, to review the space allocated for the studio and learn more about the company’s video production needs. This allowed us to gain insights into their production workflow and identify their needs for their new studio.
We met with the production team, corporate planning and purchasing, IT, and maintenance departments. We evaluated the space, equipment, and infrastructure required for the studio. After careful evaluation, we presented a comprehensive package with a detailed budget, which was approved by the team.
4. STUDIO
INSTALLATION & SETUP
Our team assembled, installed, and integrated the studio’s components, including:
- Designing and building custom consoles and equipment racks
- Purchasing the required studio equipment
- Installing a professional lighting grid, cameras, and audio equipment
- Designing a control room to comfortably accommodate the production staff
- Implementing a multi-camera switcher to seamlessly switch between camera angles
- Building the green screen cylorama
Because ISC² is a cybersecurity company, we also needed to design their internet platform to be separate from the rest of the company’s network.
5. TRAINING
& LAUNCH
Once installation was complete, we trained ISC²’s video team to operate the new equipment, optimize their workflow, and make the most of the studio’s capabilities. This ensured they were fully prepared to produce high-quality content from day one.
6. THE
RESULTS
The completed studio gave ISC² a dedicated space to produce professional video content at its Clearwater corporate headquarters. The green-screen cyclorama, lighting grid, camera systems, control room, and supporting equipment were selected and integrated to meet the team’s production needs.
By coordinating with ISC²’s production, IT, maintenance, and building services teams, we delivered a studio designed to work within the company’s existing facility and technical requirements. And by seamlessly integrating technical solutions with functional design, we delivered a cutting-edge studio that supports all of the company’s business needs.
